I windsurfed for many years in Puerto Rico (right next door) and never used anything but sunblock, not even during the "winter" if you can call it that. Dude, is the Caribbean.

I broke 2 ribs, and a 3rd one could be slightly fractured too (or at least bruised), a week ago. I'm traveling in 4 weeks to Cabarete. Dr. says that it normally takes about 6 weeks to heal ...

Thank you, but the problem is not sand. The problem is that NP sails don't have a standard pin compatible with most masts, and I didn't know that.

Now I know why this 2013-14 NP sails are selling relatively cheap on ebay and windance. I though I was getting a good deal, but it looks I´m getting lemons.

It´s not just the f@$ing pin itself, but how is placed inside the mast sleeve where there is virtually no room to try to get out. If I had known ahead, I would never have bought the sails.
