You say Tarifa can be flat. I thought it was a beach-open sea site. Is there a protected area such as a bay or lagoon at Tarifa?

| Im looking for a place to live and windsurf. Does anyone know what mainland Spain has to offer in the way of windy flat water sites. All I have heard of is Manga del Mar Menor. |
