I want to know if there are any good tips on storing smaller items like wetsuits, jackets, trunks anything that doesnt end up on the roof. Thanks!

My grandparents have a house right on the bay, west of the swimming
beach. Is there any other rental shops in the area? At $100 for 8 hours, makes me wonder if I should just ship my rig out there.... ...

question for the more experienced here. What do you guys do in the off season to stay in prime shape for the season. IE: weight trainning, tennis, drink bear and watch tv?
