The iWindsurf computer model forecast for a S or SE storm wind is a pretty good indicator for HMB especially if it is consistent with the NOAA marine forecast but timing is always tricky |

I seem to remember a decent Xmas day at 3rd - maybe three years ago. It is unusual not to have at least one good storm day at HMB during Dec and Jan. |

"Sorry, you are wrong. Great whites were seen off Santa Cruz all summer long. Rangers posted signs of warning. Windsurfers had sightings. This Fall and Winter only thing is bogus.

Sounds like a plan - at 180 I use an old Fanatic 96L FSW which works great with a 6.1 for light wind days, particularly Palo Alto or 3rd on a flood. |
